Subject and object pronouns
- Practiced subject pronouns at sentence beginnings with many example sentences
- Identified correct object pronouns: me, you, him, her, us, them
- Corrected mistakes: use 'he' as subject, 'him' as object
Reforzaste la diferencia entre he/him, she/her y it/them, y los usaste con verbos y preposiciones. Tu uso de her en I know her very well fue correcto. El foco de mejora es elegir una sola referencia clara y evitar palabras extra al comenzar la oración.
Practicing object pronouns
In this lesson you practiced subject and object pronouns, short answers, and basic prepositions. The tutor guided you through many example sentences, corrected pronoun choices, and showed how to use in/at/under and verbs with pronouns. The lesson progressed from greetings to pronoun drills, picture description (PPA), and prepositions with object pronouns.
Subject pronouns are used at the beginning of sentences and represent the doer of the action, while object pronouns are used after verbs or prepositions to represent the receiver of the action.
Prepositions like 'to', 'with', and 'for' connect verbs or other sentence elements to object pronouns to show relationships between words.
Singular nouns use singular pronouns like 'it' or 'he/she', while plural nouns use plural pronouns like 'they' or 'them'. The verb agreement and pronoun choice depend on singular or plural form.
